Holistic Healer/Spiritual Alchemist

Ryn is a Baltimore native and loves her hometown to her core. She receives clients at her home studio, Homestead, in Woodberry.

A Chef by trade, Ryn likes to feed people mind, body, and soul. A few times a year, she cooks and facilitates Empowered Experiences where people gather in communion with like-minded people at beautiful destinations around our country. She teaches weekly meditation class in her healing modality Spiritual Alchemy. She also hosts healing circles, rituals, and ceremonies around the fire.

But, what is Spiritual Alchemy? Spiritual Alchemy is a healing modality that she created to encompass the three tenets of wellness: mind, body, and spirit. Ryn is a chef, urban farmer, certified Reiki practitioner, crystal healer, herbalist, aromatherapist, and sound healer.

She incorporates all of these techniques plus her Andean Shamanic training into Spiritual Alchemy. Ryn’s goal is not only to clear your chakras and balance your energy, but to help you heal every aspect of your wellness.

Spiritual Alchemy takes a full look at your lifestyle and the connection between what your mind and body are saying and how they influence your everyday life. She will make recommendations on daily practices and foods for your body and soul.

Ryn specializes in sacral trauma healing and empathic control, as well as past and current life exploration, heart opening, and unlocking your intuitive gifts.

Spiritual Alchemy will introduce you to your higher self and give you the tools to integrate fully into the best version of yourself. When we follow our true north, the universe conspires to help us. This one-on-one also includes a take home ritual kit for a DIY oil or witch hazel potion.

Groups should be between 2 and 5 people. You may include more than 5 people for a $100 additional charge per person. This ceremony also includes a take home ritual kit for a DIY oil or witch hazel potion.
